What families do online, the school finds and approves on its side. Pupils see what concerns them.

Families

Everyday tasks, done from a phone, at any time of day.

  • School meals and after-school care on a calendar

    One click to book a meal or a care slot, another to cancel. Weekends, public holidays and school holidays are closed in advance.

  • Several guardians per pupil

    Separated parents, legal guardian: each has their own account and joins the pupil's file with an invitation code. Whoever books pays from their own wallet.

  • Documents that stay private

    Certificate, invoice, letter: the school files a document for a pupil or for a family; only its recipients and authorised staff can open it, and every access is logged.

  • Online card payment

    The family wallet is topped up by card on a secure Stripe payment page; the money goes straight into the school's own account.

The money goes straight to the school

Each family has a wallet for school meals, after-school care or activities. It is topped up by card on Stripe's payment page: the funds reach the school's Stripe account, which the school opens and manages itself. Edutolia keeps the ledger and never holds the money.

  • Accessible to all

    The portal works with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and even without JavaScript. It is designed to RGAA 4.1, the French standard based on WCAG 2.1 level AA, and automated accessibility checks run again with every release.

  • Pupil data protected

    Only what is needed is asked for, and no health data is collected. No trackers, no resources loaded from third parties, no third-party artificial intelligence: pages are served by the portal itself. Only card payment goes through Stripe's secure page.

  • Your hosting, your choice

    In the European Union, each school in its own space with its own database, or on your own server with the same software.

  • Security and traceability

    Passwords stored to current best practice, staff sign-in through the school's directory if you wish, and a log that records every action. Every release goes through automated security analyses.

  • No lock-in

    Your data can be exported at any time, in full. The software is built on proven open technologies: you remain free to leave, with your data.

  • For every family

    Readable on a phone, in dark mode, in French, English or Spanish. A bell lets everyone know what concerns them: booking approved, document received, low balance.
